As a Program Management Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to create positive and efficient learning and development experiences that set the stage for employee success. With a global impact, you will shape our onboarding programs, provide training support, and ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.


Position Responsibilities

  • Manage global onboarding programs for a rapidly growing organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Capability Development, Operations, etc.) to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance talent dev experiences
  • Upload, manage, and organize training content and enrollments in Workday Learning
  • Partner with Talent Development Program Managers to support and deliver programs 
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to onboarding team members

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 or more  years of  successfully managing projects or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of prioritizing customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proven experience taking abstract ideas and converting them into processes and system needs
  • Strong attention to detail to manage complex work
  • Schedule flexibility in order to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting programs or events on a global scale 
  • 4+ years of experience rolling out cross-functional programs that affect people, processes, or technology
  • Familiarity with Learning management systems or similar tools
  • Experience using Google Workspace products including Docs, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, etc.
  • Creative problem solver with an ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects autonomously and in an organized fashion, balancing the long-term and urgent needs of the team
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly and collaboratively in fast-paced, pressurized and ambiguous environments, maintaining good judgment and the ability to escalate appropriately
